- For the broadcast on a French channel: Diamond ©, Hot Big Bang ©, Show Druid ©, Show Druid Kids ©, Sixth Sense©: on an original format created and developed by NJMC;

- For the broadcast on a foreign channel in French, English or in the language of the country concerned NICO PRODUCTIONS undertakes to do its utmost to bring up on the screen the author's name and, failing that: " Diamond ©, Hot Big Bang ©, Show Druid ©, Show Druid Kids ©, Sixth Sense©" Format created and distributed by NJMC.

Advertising clause: indicating the names of the creators of the game to appear in the credits of the program: " Diamond ©, Hot Big Bang ©, Show Druid ©, Show Druid Kids ©, Sixth Sense©" An original format of Mister NJMC.

REMUNERATION for Private Copying - Collective Management:

It is recalled, as far as necessary, that the Author, a member of the SAJE, will retain in full his share of the royalties to be paid to him in respect of the right to remuneration for private copying of works, established by Article L311.1 Of the Intellectual Property Code, as well as any rights that are or will be managed collectively pursuant to a Community directive or an internal law. It is expressly stated that the author's rights relating to the simultaneous, complete and unaltered retransmission by wireline or non-wired network, in application in particular of article L.132.20.1, are and will be managed throughout the world by the SAJE in the framework of the general agreements which it has concluded or will be led to conclude directly or indirectly with the networks.
